Veggie Delight for Weight loss

Ingredients:
*Broccoli 🥦
*Cottage Cheese (paneer)
*French Beans
*Corn Kernels 🌽
*Capsicum
*Olive Oil
*Oregano Seasoning
*Salt 🧂 and pepper


*Boil beans in salty water till they become soft, after the beans become softer take them out.
*Now in the same water boil corns, and cook till they soften.
*When the corns are done, take them out.
*Now boil broccoli, Note that broccoli should not be boiled for more than 2 minutes, as is might kill the nutrients present in the broccoli 🥦.
*Now, take a pan, heat olive oil, add chopped garlic and oregano 🌿 in the pan.



*Add capsicum, (you can also add diced onions 🧅 and red/yellow bell peppers of your choice).
*Sauté the capsicum for few minutes and finally add all the veggies in the pan, and sauté them.
*Now add Cottage Cheese (Paneer), you can also choose feta cheese if you want to avoid paneer.
*Season with salt 🧂 and pepper.









*Add oregano 🌿 on top, and serve hot.





Note 📝 : Vegetables of your choice like carrots 🥕, cabbage 🥬, etc could also be added. Also, if you like tangy flavour, you can go ahead and opt to add in some freshly squeezed lime juice.
