RECIPE:
- Take the veggies of your choice (e.g. onions, carrots, paneer, tofu corn, lettuce ,mushroom, spinach etc). I have taken finely diced cucumbers and tomatoes(seeds discarded)
- Next we have to take greek yogurt of hung curd. You can choose anyone out of these two. We are using this in place of the traditional mayonnaise or those exotic sandwich spreads/ cheese spread. Greek Yogurt is much better and healthier alternative for the latter. I have used the one from epigamia. You can buy natural greek yogurt here
- Next we will add seasoning to the yogurt, I have added only pink salt and roasted cumin powder. you can add pepper as well and normal salt. I would suggest to add pink salt beacuse it has a lot of minerals and much healthier than normal salt. Buy Himalayan Pink Salt here.
- Now we will take our chapati (roti ) to make the wrap. If you are a hosteler you can make it with multigrain or whole wheat bread as well.
- Now we will spread all the veggies on our roll. You can be creative and choose your own veggies or whatever is accessible to you. You can add lettuce for that extra crunch and bite.
- Now sprinkle some pink salt here and also some kitchen king masala or maggi masala or simple chaat masala (according to your taste preferences). Kitchen king tastes exactly like maggi masala so you should definitely invest in some. Buy here.
TIP: You can go ahead and mix and match with the ingredients you like and also you can make the chapati out or wheat, barley, jowar, ragi, milllet, oats, buckwheat etc to get that extra nutrition.
