Morning: Breakfast
From these options you can choose whatever you wish to..
1.Smoothie or fresh juice
2.fruit bowl
3.Sprouts / bengal gram (चने) / chickpea (छोले) / kidney beans ( राजमा) / Matra / moong beans / split moong beans/ lobhia or any other grains Salad
Recipe : wash and soak the grain in water overnight. next morning pressure cook the grain and add chopped tomato, onion , boiled potato , coriander, green chilli cucumber 🥒 ,lettuce , blanched broccoli etc (You can use any vegetable of your preference and availability)
Season it with salt pepper and chat masala..olive oil , lemon juice
(For extra taste add tamarind and green chutney)
4.Dalia (Broken Wheat or any grain ) its readily available in any Supermarket.
Add a lot of veggies and little Olive oil and make pulao out of it. Dalia pulao

Use plain Greek yogurt in place of mayonnaise
Use salt black pepper to season also add cucumber tomato basil etc and grill it with olive oil and Oregano 🌿 or eat it as is ...
10. Oats but oats Should be unflavoured.
Cook oats any way you like.
When you soak them, or cook them, either add yoghurt or lemon , it's really important and it won't cause bloating ka acidity in stomach.

13.granola With Greek yogurt and fruits
14.muesli (Unflavoured and unsweetened)
15.Quinoa (cook the way you do with rice)
When adding Sweetness to your food try to use raw honey , coconut sugar , date sugar or jaggery in place of white refined sugar.
