DIY Protein Shake under INR 30

Proteins are an essential part of all living organisms, especially as structural components of body tissues such as muscle, hair, etc., and as enzymes and antibodies.
Proteins should be consumed post workout because our body absorbs it 4 times after a workout in comparison with before or no workout.
Usually a lot of us depend on expensive protein powders with a lot of chemicals, body building components and artificial sugar (sucralose) after our gym session. Rather Spending a lot of money there, we can make it on a own and that too really easily.

DIY Protein shake:
Ingredients:
1. 300 ml low fat milk (11 gm protein)
2. one banana of medium size (1 gm protein)
3. two Tbsp peanut butter (8 gm protein)
4. 1 tsp grounded flax seeds (1 gm protein)

Recipe: blend all these ingredients to make your ptotein shake and drink it after your workout session.



Nutritional information:

21 gram protein
44 carbs
18 gm healthy fats
3 gm dietary fibre.

TIP: You can also add handful of soaked nuts 🥜 for extra nutrients and for extra taste you can add raw and unsweetened cocoa powder in your protein shake and honey if wish it needs to be sweet.
