Do and Dont's to follow when you are on a Diet.

Do's

-> Eat 6 mini meals rather than 3 large ones.

-> In your diet, try to include the products with more protein and lesser fat and carbs.

-> Eat Salad before every meal.

-> When craving for something , eat it because if you will not eat, the next time you see it, you would end up eating a lot of it.
So what you can do is, play with your taste buds 😅 ....
Eat the thing you are craving for but in a lesser amount.. I mean if you crave fir pizza , try to have half a slice , slowly slowly so that your taste buds get calm.

->Eat healthy fats from handful of  nuts and dry fruits
(Remember soak them over night and then eat next morning)

-> use only cold pressed oils for cooking , use coconut 🌴 oil , olive oil extra virgin coconut 🌴 or olive oil. You can also use kachchi Ghaani Mustard oil.

-> Use non stick cookware so that your oil consumption is reduced, alternatively use Stainless steel or Cast iron , bronze etc.

-> you can use copper bottle for storing water, it would become more nutritious.

-> Drink homemade buttermilk regularly during lunch, it will keep you fuller and helps in weight loss.

-> Walk/Exercise daily at least for 20 mins.

Dont's

-> Do not skip meals, if needed eat fruits and then skip the meal.

-> Do not buy packaged juice or shakes because they provide you nothing but sugars, fats, permitted colours, preservatives , artificial flavours , thickeners, acidity regulators and what not.

-> Avoid products which have high sugar and fat content. E.g.  Cakes biscuits , ice creams ,brownies , milkshakes , sweets.

-> Do not eat heavy foods at night, try to have only gravies or pulses in night.

-> Do not use refined oils, because they are really harmful and chemically treated with no nutritional values.

-> Avoid using aluminium utensils for cooking and eating. Also avoid storing food and water in plastic containers/bottles.

-> Never ever use a copper vessel to store milk, it becomes poison.

->Do not re-heat the food again and again, it degrades the quality and kills the nutrients present in it.

-> Avoid White rice, refined flour , instead use brown rice, quinoa and whole wheat 🌾 or gluten free grain.

->Don't eat fried, switch to baked food.

Tip: When you've a craving for ice cream, you can eat frozen fruit yogurt (homemade, if possible and without using white refined sugar )
