Healthy Veg Lunch and Dinner.

 Lunch 🍴 menu :

A bowl of salad 🥗
-> Lentils / Pulses with chapati and any vegetable
avoid Ghee, you may add extra virgin olive oil instead.
You can add roasted asafoetida and cumin in that for extra taste.
Also include glassful of buttermilk (छाछ / मठ्ठा) during lunch time.
You should swap regular white Rice 🍚 with brown rice which is healthier.

-> sometime you can also make pulao  :
Here's how:
Ingredients:
Lentils (Daal) of your choice
rice (lesser than dal) and lots of vegetables
Salt and  pepper
Few drops of Olive oil
Cumin seeds
Kitchen king masala

Recipe :
In a pan, add olive oil , cumin seeds and masalas ,then toss the veggies , then add soaked dal and rice , cook till 2 whistles and you are done.
You can make this with chickpeas / kidney beans etc.

Evening :  you can take green tea / coconut water / juice / fruit etc

Home made Soup could be another option.. at evening 😇😊

Dinner :
Salad
Any dal , vegetable with 1 roti or no roti
Avoid rice and yoghurt / curd / butter milk at night.

Before bed , drink milk, everyday.

Tip1 : Try to use cane sugar, Raw honey ,cinnamon sugar ,coconut sugar jaggery etc in place of white refined sugar.

Tip2: if you want to go gluten free , you can eat chapatis made from Grain like Jowar , millet Barley etc (basically which are gluten free)
