Hey all....😇A lip smacking sandwich recipe with vegan Mayonaisse is here...it's not only vegan but a lot more healthier than the original mayonaisse you Get in the market...😋(that's 50% oil , and extremely unhealthy)
✅ *Check out the ingredients required:*
-> For Vegan Mayonnaise:
🔻1/2 a cup of cashew nuts (Soaked overnight or 5-6 hours)
🔻2 Garlic Cloves
🔻1 small onion (chopped)
🔻1/2 tbsp mustard seeds
🔻 juice of 1/2 lemon 🍋
🔻salt , as per your taste
🔻Water as required.
-> For filling:
```You can choose all or any one of these (chopped finely) , Whatever is available to you or whatever you like```

•tomato 🍅
•cabbage
•boiled corn 🌽
•tofu
•carrot
-> For Sandwich:
🔺Multigrain Bread 🍞 🔺Vegan Mayonnaise
🔺Filling
🔺Pan/toaster/griller
*Recipe:*
We will firstly make the Vegan mayonaisse, for which
Add all the ingredients mentioned above for vegan mayo , in the blender jar and make a smooth paste out of it. Your healthy and vegan mayo is ready.
We will now begin with assembling the sandwich:
🖊Begin with toasting the bread 🍞 , on a toaster / pan / Griller (whatever you have)
🖊Now spread the generous layer of Mayonnaise on both the slices
🖊Add the veggies of choice as filling. 🥗
🖊Season the veggies with salt and pepper
🖊Close the sandwich and cut in halves.
🖊Serve with ketchup.
*HELPFUL POINTS*
Orginal Mayo is blend of oil milk vinegar salt and flavours.
As it is vegan, We used cashew (dairy replacement) also it worked as our oily base
Lemon is used in place of vinegar
Onion , Garlic and salt are used for flavour and that little kick which we get in most of the market products. you may also use onion powder if you wish to. 😇 With this it completes today's Recipe.
